I used the knifty knitter looms for years! We made our own out of cool whip containers in girl scouts when I was little and I found the actual looms years later and got hooked.

I taught myself to crochet a couple of weeks ago procrastinating on school work. I love it! I've made a pair of booties for my boyfriend's niece (I hope they fit, she's growing like a weed) and I'm working out a pattern to make a blanket for his nephew. It's so fun and relaxing and fulfilling! Plus all the scrapped projects are great cat toys :-P
I wish I had started sooner!

I'm new to PTO and I've been crocheting for about two years. Is anyone still active on this thread? I'd love some yarn friends

I would love to learn how to crochet. I use to do some knitting, years ago! I would love to knit or crochet a throw blanket for when my baby comes home.

I cross stitch as well. I have 5 different projects going currently. Three blankets, and a hat all crochet, then a mickey mouse cross stitch. I will get those links up for you tomorrow.
