Default Parole Violation Question

I am not so happy to be back here asking this type of question (sigh) - but here it is.... My daughter has been out 9 months and was doing well. Working, paying back some incarceration related bills. But some life stresses got to her - and she relapsed for about a week. Unfortunately her drug relapse also included some degree of participation in a crime (I don't know nor want to know all the details). Question - does anyone know what her chances might be of getting a small consequence, or is it black/white and she will get the harshest - which I have been told would be 5 years. She has a court date in about a month, her PO has her back to reporting in once a week from the once a month that she was at. She still has her job and is working, paying rent etc. Just waiting around to see how big the shoe will be that will drop....
