MCI-Shirley Phone issues?

Two days ago my man tried to call me from MCI-Shirley and the phone cut out after stating his name and the recording and I haven't heard from him since.

Last week he said their phone systems were out for a day or two also. Has anyone else been having issues with calls from MCI-Shirley this week?

I am having trouble with Global Tel Link and also GTL. They are not allowing collect calls to come to me. I own a nonprofit organization, advocating for incarcerated men and women and now they are not allowing collect calls. They are trying to force people to buy into their prepaid service. I filed a complaint today with the Federal Communication Center. Is there a class action suit against Global Tel in Massachusetts? I know there is one in California.

I'm having the same problem. Also they only allow deposits of 25$ or 50$ it's complete no sense !
