How much money do u give to him in his canteen??

How much money do you normally send your guy in his canteen each week?

Idk about a week but I send money monthly cuz he only goes to store once a month

I try to make sure he has at least $20 a week. He works in there so he comes up with some himself and every now and again someone in his family will put $20 which helps.

I'd say around $20 a week is fine once he gets settled in; I send mine about $85 a month, and then he gets maybe $20 every other month from his mom. But the first couple weeks I sent him more because he needed to get basics....Walkman, socks, shirts, that kinda thing.

I also send my brother about 20-25 a week, and my mom sends 50 the first of the month for cosmetics and stuff

I was putting $50.00 per week on my husbands account but they have dropped the limit to what they can buy. Also-they take money from his account for his medications as he is a diabetic.

It depends. He can only spend 50 a week and he's got like 300 in there now. Initially I sent him 200. And then the money for the phone. My gosh...

I send $30 a week, in addition to phone calls. I put $50. a week for calls. We have a call schedule. I could do more, but Mike said he would rather me use it for the kids or to in the house. He does not even want me to spend as much as I am on canteen and phone calls. He says "I have a home that needs to be maintained...and it's not this prison." I am so glad he is not selfish.
