Trying to contact my Army friend in Mannheim, Germany!

I'm new to the site but found it on Google while trying to search for any way to contact my friend. He went to jail on October 13 in Germany. He's from Michigan in the US but was in Mannheim, Germany because he's in the Army. He's supposed to serve 15 months but hoping to get some off due to good behavior. The last I heard from him was not long before he went in. He took my number and address so he could call and write me but I haven't heard anything from him since. I'm not sure what jail he's staying at but he said it was near his base so it must be in Mannheim also. I've looked up some and I seen a few people talking about 'Coleman Barracks military prison'. I don't know how to contact him and I'm worried about him. Does anyone know how I could go about doing so or give me some sort of information?? Thanks for taking the time to read this!
