Carpool from Phoenix or shuttle?

I'm thinking about flyling into Phoenix. The Mesa airport doesn't exist according to expedia. Is there any sort of shuttle from phoenix to Red rock? Taking a cab would be way too much $$. If no shuttle, anyone know anything about the bus systems?
