Just venting.... having awful day and must delay visiting

So today is one of the bad days. Most days are good but today no so much. The mail man has lost my unemployment check which stinks for so many reasons. Of course because I have regular bills that need to be paid but I was actually going to have "extra" money left this week to go visit my man. Its not very often that this happens lol. Now I can't do anything but sit at home and do nothing for at least 2 weeks when I can have my check reissued. Sitting at home doing nothing is when I start to think and get down. We have been at this for going on 4 years and praying this is the year they decide to let him come home. Sorry just needed to vent. Ill wait my 2 weeks and visit and hopefully he hasn't gotten transferred by then(he will be moving to a prison that offers SAP)

Im not having the same situation but I am having one of those tougher days. Like you said some days arent soo bad but others are a struggle. Well im having one of those struggle days too. I havent heard from my man in a few days and then he tried calling me like 30 mins ago but i missed the call cuz I am at work and i was away from my desk :'( Just a really crappy day. And like you said when you sit at home your mind wonders and you start getting down. Well not talking to him for this long is doing that to me too. And its ok we all need to vent every now and then I know i do. Cuz i just vented a lil bit right now lol.

I hope that you man does get to come home to you this year and that your nightmare is over soon

Thank you Kay. I know I hate when I would miss his calls. It would seem like an eternity before he called back even if it was just 30 minutes. I know we all have days that are tougher than others that's why I thank goodness I found a place where people understand. I hope that your day gets better and you get your call.

Oh no, I'm sorry to here that! That's a shame! I hope it gets to you quickly. Keep your head up. I know we all have our down days, mines down as well. Glad most days are good. Hope he's coming home soon as well!!

Here's another one having a bad day, missing my BF like crazy! You're so right, the absolut worst time is sitting home alone, that's when the mind wanders all over the place.
Sucks about your unemployment check! It takes them two weeks to issue a new one? You know on days like these, there's only really two options, go out and try and have fun to put your mind on something else or go to bed, hoping tomorrow will get better!
