My husband go up to see parole board in july but they dont have a set date why is that?????

In my state the board travels around to different institutions. So they wait until it gets closer to the month chosen for that institution to set the actual date. They probably do this because things come up and this way they don't have to keep changing dates within that month. Hope that helps.

The Parole Board schedule here in Ky doesn't come out so far in advance. If the date of his hearing isn't posted by the end of May/first week or so of June, then I'd be worried. Breathe!!

Ok if he dont get a date by then what does that mean ? Are they waiting on something ?

If/when he's eligible, they'll give him a date

Quit trying to think too far ahead.....the DOC moves in its own time and you're going to drive yourself crazy in the meantime

Husband said he goin to see his parole officer this morning i wronder why when he seen them last time they said his parole hearing is in july what can he be seeing them for this morning?

They could be having him fill out his Home Placement papers. Other than that, I'm not sure, but it sounds promising!

He talk to them in they told him his hearing is in july but they told him that already smh maybe they back tracking ....
