First contact visit, got it early, was supposed to be in April!

I got a contact visit with my husband today!!! We weren't supposed to have one until mid April!!! We were so excited!! I was shaking bc I was so nervous to finally be able to touch him! It felt good to be able to comfort him and sit there while he was rubbing my arms! Those contact visits remind me of why I love him so much! He said he forgot how to kiss me lol bc it's been so long. But when it was time to go, he sure did remember how I love that man so much!!!

How awesome! Congrats! My husband went in middle of October and we had our first contact visit in February because they moved him all over. There is nothing better than that. So happy for you!

Thank you so much!!! I was becoming depressed bc I've been needing his touch! He hugged me so tight and just sat there holding me!! It felt so good tho!!! I love him so muchhhh!!!! He said "we always get lucky and get an early visit" last time he was on restriction and they took away his contact visits and they gave us one a month before his release and that just made everything perfect and made that month fly by! He's so shhwweeeettt!!! He's starting to be more open with his feelings and asking me why I love him so much! All I can say is that I just do and there's so many little and big reasons that it's unexplainable! I love him!!!

I'm so happy for you!!! I wish there were contact visits period were my man is located. The prison he's in doesn't allow contact visits at all. :-(. But I'm happy for you. I can only imagine how good it feels(sigh)

I'm so sorry! I wish that u could have a contact visit bc just a hug makes you'd feel good all over! How much more time do you have til ur boo comes home??

I remember my first contact visit...my world froze for a second when I saw him walk towards the table I was sitting at...I was nervous and he still has the ability to give me butterflies! we didn't let go of each others hands, only when we dried a tear here and there.

Ladies, let's be thankful for these visits! Some ladies aren't blessed to experience them....

He's fighting his case from prison because I can't afford to pay a lawyer or bond of 200,000.000. BUT we're hoping for good news on April 5

Def worth while!!! I'm sure we all think the same about each of our men!! He's everything that I have ever wanted!!! I wouldn't change anything about him! HaHa! me and my man discuss that when he comes home, it'll feel different and I'm afraid if I don't remember how to kiss him. I think it'll all work out for the both of us in the end.

Yes, indeed. I haven't had a contact visit since our last one last Sept. I miss him so much! I'm happy he's almost home!!! You cry @ your visits too? I cry when we had a visit behind glass and at our contact visit. I really hate seeing him in this situation even though if it's he's fault. Always going to love him.

So lucky and happy for you.. just reading this thread got my heart racing thinking about when I will finally get a contact visit with my man. He was in county for two years and is now in processing before going to a yard. So hopefully he will be in my arms again soon. Its been WAY too long.

When he was arrested I begged the officer to allow me I hug and kiss him!!! He said no and as I was walking to my car to leave, he yelled to see my id and allowed me to hug and kiss all over him!!! we are lucky when it comes to things like that!! Just like this contact visit that was given to me accidentally!!! I love that man!!! You will be so happy once you get ur contact visit!!! Those hugs and kisses mean so much to us!!! You'll receive contact in no time!!! What state are you in?? I'm in Texas and it sucks!! I've heard that texas has the worst prison system and bs rules!!!

He will be in processing for up to 3 more weeks and then when he gets to a yard we will have to get visitation forms filled out and approved, which I heard may take around a month. Seems like time is slowing down the closer I get to holding him again.
