Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Moved up a level?

Hi all, I didn't know where to post this but I'm posting it here. I just found out tonight that my guy was moved from gus harrison level 1 to bellamy creek level 2 and he has no idea why because he hasn't gotten any tickets or anything like that. And he was just moved before this not even a month ago. Does anyone know if moving up and down levels is a normal thing or should I be concerned? Any info you can give me I would appreciate so much. I feel lost when it comes to this stuff.
