Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

I really wish Texas would grow some balls, really look at the facts, before setting an execution. I hate this state, although like Mamma said there seems to be some competition coming from other states now. I am praying with all my heart for Ivan and his family.

Has this been confirmed? Because he is still on the list of scheduled executions on TDCJ and on Rick Halperin's page as well.

Hi All,

Yes the USSC granted us the right to go back to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals for further review of our claims. This is the best news we could have gotten from this court. It's so good when you go backwards in this process......

Just to update you again... The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals sent us back to
Federal District Court for another round of appeals on Martinez.
