Abuse at Vandalia Womens Prison

I am a corrections officer and journalist and I am completing a three-part series investigative report on the on-going abuse at the womens prison in Vandalia. This is abuse is severe and occurs daily. I am also working with a city editor for a major newspaper who is also doing a story. Can anyone who has information about abuse at this prison PM please.
