[Wheres equity?]

My wife was found guilty of agg assault-fv about 2 months ago. This is all really confusing for me but i figured maybe if i make an introduction that could be a start

Im not sure what other type of information i should provide to relate this to pto. Like i said she was found guilty feb 2nd. She still hasnt been sentenced. Originally it was because the order a presentence investigation (didnt take long this is first offense) but that came back about a month ago. Since then she been in county. I dont really know how to ask the questions i want to. Everytime i try they come out bitter and i know thats not gonna help anything

Of course i do but that wasnt the reason for posting. I figure if her lawyer and the court cant/wont tell me it would be hard to find an answer here. My post was just a half-hearted attempt at an intro. Ive got fairly tired of feeling alone in this and i figured this site might be a place with people going through similar problems

they did my husband like that...It was 5 months before they sent him off and about 2 months after his arrest b4 he went to court. And yes this is a wonderful place to be able to get some releif and vent....Everyone here is a big help I've been on here 2 years..Nights when i was sad because my husband was away i found peace in god and also knowing i could confide in individuals who knew what i was going through...

If it is her fi.rst offense she should be able to go under the FIRST OFFENDER act, you attorney should know that. Second it could take over a year before she is sentenced, but the good side of that (if there is one) is that it WILL COUNT towards her time served. After she is sentenced she will go to Metro State Prison to get classified. I don't know how long she will be there before being transferred.
