I am an Italian in USA with Visa, can I have problem for the visit?

I am Italian, and I am in usa WITH A BUSINESS VISA, THAT I WILL CHANGE IN WORK VISA AND THE END OF THE MONTH
CAN i HAVE PROBLEM FOR THE VISIT? CAN THEY DENY FOR THIS?THEY ASK FOR LISENCE (I HAVE INTERNATIONAL LISENCE) ID: i HAVE ITALIAN PASSPORT AND NUMBER OF MY VISA.
IS IT ENOUGH?
