Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Default Hamilton Work Camp shutting down?
My man is at Hamilton Work Camp & called me this morning saying they're shutting down & all inmates need to be somewhere new by the 18th. Where would they put him? Does anyone have any information on this?

Hamilton Work Camp is not on the list of announced facilities that are being closed by DOC.

I know it's not on the list but I called up there last night to double check and they said its true but can't give me any more information about it

My bf was also at a workcamp that was not on the list, he wrote me and said he wld be moved by May 1st, guess what I went to visit and he was moved already, thank goodness it was close to the one he was at. They just closed it, didn't say why and moved them all a month ahead of schedule, it still is not listed on doc as of closing.

Hamilton Work Camp. My boyfriend is still there but should be moved by this week to whatever facility has room for him.

It was Columbia workcamp that closed @ bensgirl. Crazy too, had no idea either till he told me, they got a memo and wham they were moved.

Just updating everyone. They moved him. Its officially shut down. He's now at the Annex waiting to be transfered to a new facility. I hope its closer down south but I doubt it.

As of last night, Hamilton Work Camp still had a population of 139 so it's not quite closed yet.

Columbia WC has been removed from the population index search so it's officially closed apparently.

My baby is also at Hamilton work camp as of last night he was still there he should be moved back to the annex either thur or fri this week !! Hopefully they transfer him from there ASAP I would love for him to be closer to home

Oh I guess its not closed as of yet then. But yes wickzfinest, your man should be moved really soon. My man said everyones staying at the Annex for a while till they decide where to put them. The Annex is wayyyyy better with phones though. No phone list like the work camp lol. Hope they send our men closer

Lol I know I was just sayin that to him lastnight I actually got to talk to him till 10 yea I'm over the drive to Hamilton hopefully soon he gets closer to home! I guess a lot of ppl were sent out today I'm keeping my fingers crossed he's one of them
