Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

I was just wondering if anyone has had a good lawyer that they'd like to recommend! Please let me know! If they do free consultations that's a plus! Thanks!

floridagirll -

If you still want to retain a lawyer to review your BF's case, I can refer you to a couple. But first and foremost, please help me recollect what county he was sentenced in.

Any Post-Conviction attorney worth their weight is going to charge a flat retainer fee of between $2,000-5,000 to review his case & then file a motion most likely attempting to withdraw his plea, as that is the most-common way to get back into courtroom. I highly recommend that you contact Mr. Bernard Daley, who is in Tallahassee, and does alot of post-conviction cases. His office number is 850_224_5823. Any trouble in reaching him, please call me at the number embedded in my signature.

He was sentenced in Duval County. And thank you so much.

No problem. I helped him on a post-conviction appeal that he won about 2 years ago from J-ville; the guy has 3 life sentences and Bernie might be getting him a new trial!
