Parole question.

So my boyfriends lawyer still hasn't heard back from the judge for the 3 year plea deal they requested. But I've been looking into EVERYTHING, just trynaa prepare myself for the worst. I live wwaaay to far from Texas (I live in NM) to make a meeting with the parole board. And I see that you can do a phone intervieew. Do they take those as serious as the face to face interviews? Also what will the conversation be like? & when I send the parole packet, how many boards do I send it to? Ahh I have soo many quesstions but ill stop at those haha
