How long after they get to reception does it take for them to get their release dates?

Really depends on how quickly they see their counselor. Could be a couple weeks, could be a month, I've heard as many as six months. Depends on how many people are ahead of them to see the counselor, how busy the counselor is, how long it takes for all their paperwork to get sorted out, etc. Be patient. Write them as often as you can. They'll be through Reception faster than you know.
