Ok I'm not familiar with federal (phone company) but I can still help you. What company do they use and what type of account do they have you set up? Ex. Fax phone bill, verify address

hi guys i just want to make a correction,i heard it wrong on how much per minute the calls fr hubbys jail,its actually 3$ something to connect and 5 cents something per minute not 5 dollars, big difference.
