Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Help, can he get credit from 2010

My boyfriend called and wants to know if this is true, he wants me to find out if he can get credit for 3months from his 2010 dwi when he went to jail (now he is in again for another)..i'm assuming he wants to know if he gets credit from being in jail before, think he did 6 months
