Default Should He Take a Plea for Re-Entry?

Hello ladies just wondering about a few things. My fiancé has court tomorrow but the attorney went to talk to him about a plea agreement of 52 -71 months. I guess since he had a lot of felonies in his past they say. He asked me if he should take the plea?? I don't know what to say just that I will be Herr waiting. Is there a lot of people doing that much time for reentry??

they are not playing when it comes to re-entry anymore...
they are handing out time like it is candy at halloween

if 52-71 is the offer what is the max?

52-71 months vs 10 years. And him being here is proof he re-entered, so it's not like he's going to be found not guilty. So I'm confused as to what the decision is all about.

yeah, its a tough one but really if you think about it, you have no better or other choice because like the other person said on here, the other option is alot worse!!!! hopefully the judge will be nice and lower it just a bit????? i dont know... mine signed a plea for 5 yrs, and in the end, he was given 46 months..... so you never know, i guess.....
.
Good luck!!!
and hang in there!!!

Well tomorrow is sentencing and now he's looking at 41-51 months instead of 57-71 months yay!! But let's see what tomorrow brings us... keep us in your prayers and this website is a life Savior I just wish I knew all this before he crossed ..well this is a warning for others out there they will do a lot of time for reentry.

stranger's love - how did the sentencing go? I hope it went better than expected and I pray that there is peace within even through the struggles.

Hello well my Guy was sentenced the 41 months with time serve. I can't complain it could of been a lot worse. Now he got transferred to Texas and he's in the hole so we hardly have contact like we use too. But I gotta hang in there, because he needs me!!!
