Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Default Visiting Lewisburg
Hi I hope I'm posting in the right place...
I am travelling from Ireland to Lewisburg (USP) for the first time in Sept and looking for any information I can get on what the visitation is like at this facility also on where to stay, can anyone tell me what the nearest lodgings to the prison is? I have googled but haven't a clue where is where in PA nor Lewisburg?

Here's a link to the Lewisburg City web page. The business directory has two motels located right in town. The prison is in farm country and is 75 miles from the Harrisburg PA airport. http://www.lewisburgpa.com/

I was out there in 2010, and they dont have no cabs on the weekdays, me and my cousin stayed at a hotel Days Inn near by but I would rent a car thats what we did and we flew into Harrisburg then drove up to Lewisburg. Bring stuff to do or a friend to help pass time. My visit was amazing.
