Exclamation Will moving effect the visitation approval process?

so i just found out that my fiance was moved from marana to florence and i already did a visitation application for marana, am i going to have to do it all over and spend another $25 on it for florence or will it be the same?

and how bad is florence?

You do not have to re-submitt. Although, approval may be delayed - depending on where they are in the approval process.

Wow...I.would call bullshit on that one. I would so fight that. There is no reason for you to have to resubmit it. These days its all electronic.
I would call and make sure they got it in process at his new yard and not listen to that bullcrap that you may have to resubmit.

Also there are different yards in Florence...some are better than others.

I would give it a little while. When mine was moved - none of his applicants had to re-apply. I definately would NOT pay the 25 $ again unless you can verify your funds have been somehow lost and you can stop payment on check or money order, or dispute with cc.

Although - the doc has been know to loose paperwork !!

In the past, before the application fee was required with each application. If you applied at one yard and your application WAS in process, and the inmate was transferred, the whole process started over in the new yard.

I'm not sure HOW they do it today...and since you have a paper trail of the payment, there are really no EXCUSES any more.

I know my app was "lost and magically showed up" and was approved within a 2 weeks. Yet total time was 57 days from the time I submitted it online and it was finally approved.
