Default Any way to get visitation approval with felony?

I have felonies but he is my sons father any way I can get approved?

If you get denied you can always appeal. Under the circumstances it should not be an issue.

Are you on probation?
I know for a year AFTER your OFF probation you can't visit.

No I have felonies for conspiracy and he is my codefendant. I have not put in an application.

No probation no parole nothing. But I have conditional discharge.

You will probably be denied at first, but you can appeal the decision to the warden of the prison he is in. I know that typically DOC is pretty tough on approving those with records and the fact that you are a codefendant won't help. But - you have to try and see what happens.
