suffolk county help

hi my name is Jay I just got release from a new york correctional facility and I am trying to find help with employment or job training the problem is that I am from Long Island Suffolk County and I cant seem to find any information to help me, I know there is programs out there that will help me but I dont where to go or who to call. Can some one please help me? I know there is a lot of programs and opportunities out there for people just reason from prison but I dont know where to look. please email me any info to tasmerian@gmail.com. Thank you so much.
