U.S. Supreme Court Pro Bono Legal Assistance

Hi All,
Didn't really have time to search all the threads to see if the following information has been covered already.....

If you or a loved one need pro bono legal assistance when taking a case to the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) you might try any one of the many ivy league Law Schools. They have "Supreme Court Clinics" and will take cases based on merit and circuit court splits.

I am new to PTO and am told I am not allowed to post links yet, but if you do a simple search for the above, you will find them listed.

If you do contact them be aware that this highly specialized group of litigators from all over the country know each other.

Thus, I would not recommend mass mailing them all at once. My suggestion would be to contact them one by one. They are all eager to argue cases in front of the highest court of law, so if the case has merit and they are willing to take it, you will hear back from them promptly.
