Default Release dates incorrect

I have been talking to my love about his release dates on the NJDOC website. His release dates are not right. He got 15 years in November of 2002. With 85%. So his release date should be in August of 2015. His ERD says November 2015. What can we do to get this fixed?! He said he has written for years about this and they won't fix it.

Hi, I don't know the answer but be sure to ask in the NJ forum too. I'm sure there is some process available to appeal an incorrect release date, but getting the NJDOC to fix it could require many different attempts. Good luck.

You have to contact the judge who sentenced him. My fiancé had time credits from county that the doc didn't account for. When I called classification they told me to contact the judge and it was changed almost immediately. Good luck!

I'll have to see what's up. He has been in for ten years. We still have time left but 3 months earlier like it should be would be awesome! He's suppose to do 12 years 9 months but they have his ERD as 13 years
