found out last week there was an MN dedicated forum i'm in Europe but my MWI is in MN.
since laws and prison rules are different everywhere i hope i can find some info on this particular one ! (already did)

Im new to the prison system..my son was put in a county jail and now we wait to see what happens to him..i am hoping to find other moms from mn that i can get to know as its a lonely world without other people that understand the heartache i go through everyday !!

Agree its so dead I forget to check here. But I'm here on this site daily. My boyfriend is in St cloud he has been locked up since March of this year. If anyone wants to talk I'm here

I just semi recently found this site and just the other day found there was a MN forum.. I have a pen pal in CA prisons I've had for about 6 years... I have an old friend in Rush City who's in prison gettin out next month...so I write him, his celly, and another friend of his there.. Than also a childhood/old church friend in Moose Lake who's in prison to be out next year! I live in Fargo, ND but am originally from MN and that's where all my family and what not are! : )

I too forget to check here cause its so incredibly dead all the time. But my husband is in faribault now but except for this last month, he's been in st. cloud since january 2011. I definitely know a lot about st cloud cause he was there so long but I'm still learning about faribault. Anyone wanna talk just message me

MN has unfortunately been a slow forum since I started. But it's nice to see some new names and activity in here ! I hope everyone is enjoying what is supposed to be some real "winter" weather heading our way ! LOL I'm always around and can help if you need anything answered. My bro was locked up for a couple years, a few facilities, I am close to a friend of his and have had a few other friends in over time ....

Happy March everyone !! I hope ya'all survived the snow"storm" this week !!! My friend got moved back to Lino which is right up the street from me so I get to visit sometime this weekend. I hope everyone gets lots of calls, visits and mail !!!!

Thank you ! I hope everyone had an awesome weekend .. I am batteling this damn headcold that is going around my work so I was miserable .. but no kids and no work .. I guess it was the perfect time to be miserable right LOL ... anyone do anything fun ???

I just registered to this site. I have a relative in Stillwater. I am looking for any information on practicing religion at Stillwater and how good they are about letting prisoners have religious meetings and prayers etc.

I have been getting letters from him but have had trouble figuring out how to get over the fact that he ended up there.

My girlfriend is a great help. I have decided to try to communicate more back to him. Never heard much from him or his family even before he went in so it's like how or why all of a sudden should we act like family now ?

You know how family members grow up, have their own lives and it seems like they don't have time for you ?

Well, I figured it's time to rise above that and be supportive.

I'm not really sure what your questions are about religious practice. Part of access/availability depends upon the faith--is it a recognized faith by DOC? Is there a particular part of his observing his faith which has not been allowed?

To start, here is the policy for MN DOC. If you're looking for something specific, you might want to post again...I am not familiar with MN, however, I am learning more and more about religious access to prisoners and can share what I know. Best wishes.
