Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Haven't seen a thread on this in a couple years. I'm in the DC/MD area and would love to maybe set up a support group for girlfriends..wives..families etc. anyone interested? I'd be happy to coordinate it.

Hello this is my first time on this websit. I'm not even sure if I am posting correctly. I am from the dc area and I am looking for groups for support. My husband is unfortunately a Lifer and I miss and love him so much!

Hey ladies I am also in the MD/DC area. Would love to be apart of the group! My hubby has been locked up for 17 months. In those 17 months I had my beautiful babygirl and went through my entire pregnancy and childbirth without him. Its been a long journey that has made me stronger and closer to GOD. HOwever, it does not get easier im sure you all can relate to that.

Girl I know how you feel ... How was your first visit ? Im bringing my son Friday he's a month old ..
