Your words couldnt be more exact and on point. A loss of words and underlined lonlieness come when that letter is not in my box. And then all at once when I see that white envelope sitting there a feeling of over joyness takes over me, like a giddy school girl I miss him sooo much!

I myself am a "Prison Wife." My husband has been in the prison system for the past 22 months. He was first in a minimum security unit, a place called "The Farm," with open doors, and no barbed wire. Now he is in a halfway house, hoping to come back home the summer of 2005.
The "Prison Wife" is the forgotten one, as she waits at home for her husband. Our society takes care of the sick, the dyimg, the homeless, but the prisoner's wife is alone and forgotten.

I was crying reading that it is so true and beautiful. Even though I was crying while reading it made me feel good and able to get though yet another day without him. It helps knowing there are others out there like me, at a time where I feel so alone
