My boyfriend has finally stepped up to the plate and said I WANNA TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE!!! lol he said he can buy a pre paid phone card and call me so i wont have to pay for the call, is this too good to be true? i dont have to pay for anything??!! i have a trac cell phone so i dont get a bill for it does any one know information about this topic?

Also he is incarated in Washington State Pen so if anyone who knows this stuff personally would be awesome if you could give me some advice

When he buys a card to call you on it has money he has put on the card and NO you will not be charged for the call.

Well, I am in WA State and I have never heard of the guys being able to buy a card to make phone calls. Believe me, my husband would have done it if it was possible. We've been to the prison you are talking about in the past and couldn't do it then. I'm 99.99% sure he can't buy a card there.
