Can someone help me please what does the letter need to state in detail to request permission to marry. I don't want to leave anything out for chances to be denied.

It will always be your basic who what when where and why. Who do you want to marry, how did you meet ( no stories just quick in HS while incarcerated etc..), why marry, are you aware of his crime, when do you want to marry and again why. Also you may want to include what are the dynamics between the both of you. I wish you luck and will pray it works in your favor.
