Hi everyone am try to figure out the system federal system can anyone help me understand please ?? That way I can play their own game my man is in Texas try to get him to Cali we were trying to get married and they had approved everything all of a sudden warden decide to say no because he will be getting transfer sucks big time I love him very much I just want to be with him for the rest of my life I want to get old with him die next to him please help can anyone give me any ideas on what we face he will be release to half house in 03/2014 so he is not that far anymore ... Thank you ...

Welcome to Prison Talk. I hope his transfer will bring him closer to you. When he gets where he is going, he can start the marriage paperwork again and he will probably stay there at least 18 months, or until he is released to the HWH. The federal system is purposely confusing, but ask your questions in the federal prison forum, and especially the thread that deals with his new prison.

Thank u ladies for warm welcoming to be honest I feel lost ?? I don't know were to start . I thought things were going good and bam they tell us that we can't get married they just got our hopes up high I just feel like the more I work in it the more they push it away but I really love him so am willing thur go thur anything as long as he is with me which he is and I know he loves me very much as well ... I really want to go see him but it's so expensive but am gonna try and go for June the end of June beginning of July I miss him really bad this is so hard ... Ladies thank u for your help I appreciate every bit of info
