Yes, you read that right. It is in my hands to get my man out from an extra 8 month sentence (he did 10, got 18 total). It's either the 8 extra months in prison, or pay $10,000 restitution. Mind you, I have to come up with this money by the end of the month at his sentencing. I have half of the money, just have to figure out the other half. I am so stressed. Poor guy has told me to do what I can because we do have a son together, and I am doing everything I can for myself, but OMG. Talk about pressure. I really don't want to leave him in jail for another 8 months, because frankly we need him now more than ever. God, I'm not sure what I'm going to do but I have to tell his lawyer by the end of next week if I can come up with the money so they can get it in writing. Sorry, just ranting, but my baby is that important to me, I have to do what I can to help him out.
