Mail delays?!

The outgoing mail from Polunsky seems to be very very slow at the moment. My pen-pals letters seems to be kept there for about a week until they get stamped at the post office.....

We had a hiccup too with our outgoing letters - got two of them last week on the same day that were written a week apart but mailed out at the same time - but yesterday I got one that he sent out on the 29th and it got to me in our "normal" 4 day (from cell to mailbox) transit time.

I don't want to say that the mail is moving normally again because the last time I said that it took forever to get another letter.

I'm in Florida and I haven't gotten a letter in a week.
I know my fiancee's in the hole as of yesterday so he better be writing.
I know him well enough to know that he has to of sent a letter within the last week.
The holiday messed everything up I guess.

My friends letters are not being processed in a timely either. Some being held for up to 5 days. At least one has filed a complaint--maybe more. Let's hope it gets better again--soon!

My pp at polunsky told me there is a shortage in the mailroom again and things are behind..but his last letter got to me just 6 days after he wrote it which was record time for us!

I got a letter today! U won't believe it: written May 31, posted June 1st, received today!

where my guy is it takes longer than where he used to be..where he used to be it took about 1 day for him to get my letter and about 2 to 5 days for me to get his but now he is further away so he said its about 1 week for him to get letter and about 5 days for me including the weekend thats if i even get the letter
