Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Unhappy Is Beto Unit Texas Prison on Lock down?
so I wast waiting for my son to call sunday, I call beto and they sayd they are in lock down.

Yes really he called around @ 12 and said they were trying to lock them down for 30 days but couldn't justify it so they were let out. So hopefully everyone gets their phone calls today.

I called about 30 minutes ago & the lady told me that they were still on lockdown.

I don't know why they said that you could hear all the noices in the background it sounded like a bunch of kids who just got out for recess, and while he was on the phone two co's went by doing count. So they are off lockdown.

Default Beto Lockdown
My Husband called today and told me that part of the unit is off lockdown and part of the unit is still on lockdown.It depends on the wing--E wing is off and I don't know about the others

Hubby called me too Tha south side is off lockdown but tha northside is still down. They go to store this wednesday && their suppose to go bak on lockdown nxt month for 30 days.

I hate lockdowns!!!!!!! I am glad we have those 500 phone minutes now....but its still not enough. We are already down to half our phone time.

They are not on full lockdown because I am still getting my calls he called just about an hour ago. Some may stll be but not everyone is

AWW Im sorry I hope N side comes up too! But my hubby said there was another riot Wedensday on that side && then next month or August they all go bak down for their annual.. TOO MANY LOCKDOWNS!

Yeah I am sorry to the ones still on lockdown, hopefully they get off lockdown atleast for a few days to call before they go on lockdown again.

You are correct froggie...they are only on partial lock down so they are allowed out for part of the day and are allowed to use the phone. This supposedly happened on Monday so hopefully they lift the lock down completely before they do the annual the end of this month

As far as I know they are now one side is only on partial lock down so they can call but the other half is still on full lock down
