Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Default NC votes to remove TV's
A divided House committee agreed Wednesday to prohibit North Carolina death-row prisoners from watching television despite the warning by Central Prison's warden that removing TVs could increase violence among the condemned inmates.

There aren't more pressing things going on in the state/world than whether or not a death row inmate is watching TV ??? A TV the state does not even pay for - the loved ones do. Give me a break. For the love of God - just let these people serve their time and sentences. Focus on real issues in this world. Unreal!

That seems vindictive. What do they want these guys to do? Maybe they should punish the individual for a period of time but punish everyone for one person big mouth doest seem right
