Perhaps that building was the reason for the lockdown. Or maybe there were issues with that building during the lockdown. Never can tell.

This exactly!

The Administrative Directive related to lockdowns allows for different buildings or cell blocks to be on different 'weeks' of the lockdown release schedule. It also allows for a progressive release where some units are released entirely while others might be retained on Week 1 or Week 2 for several weeks. In some instances, the unit will move to consolidate the problem children in one area, but it can take a few days or weeks to accomplish the isolation of the trouble-makers since it occasionally requires having UCC reclassify people to a different custody commensurate with the building/cellblock still on lockdown status.

Default Thank you...

I knew they were on lockdown, now because of you I know they are off. My honey said it was going ok, just taking too long. I found out many facilities went on lock down I think they just trying to fix their budget woes because they only get brown bag lunches 3xs a dAY. I was glad mine had some things in his locker.

3 building is a gang pod so maybe that's why. According to my husband it was the regular 90 day shakedown.
