Bail question.. confused can someone help!!!!

I need thud FU&$!*# shit like a need a hole in the head...anyways my ex husband was in an accident has a suspended license & was arrested plus he had warrants for the last time he drove on a suspended he didn't pay the fines. So I have been told he has $9960 surety bail. I called a bondsman he said he can't help cuz its for fines yet my ex is calling from the aci bail unit bitchin at me saying, the LT. said he has bail come f'in bail him out for $994.00 WTF I don't understand why the bondsman said he can't ball him out even though its surety? Of course I had to listen to his bullshit if i'm sure u would come up with the money for your new husband though right. he is eating top ramen while I rot. No I think my husband who is doing 10yrs is rotting not the ex who will go to court on Monday & be out!!! Omg. Sorry if this makes no sense im so stressed. I needed to complain.

Is it worth posting bail if he'll go back in after court for the long term unpaid fines ? They will(likely) make him serve the time until it's paid.. what is it $100 a day or some such way they apply it ?
