Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Hi all.

I'm Marina, currently waiting for my sweethearts trial, which has been postponed until July 16th. He is facing 22-29 months, but Clallam County likes to tack on an extra year if you go to trial and loose. We already know that there is no chance for him to win with the PD he was assigned. Soon enough he will be off to Shelton for processing and then we will find out which prison. Right now I'm just trying to keep myself together and get the him and kids through this.

His brother was released from Stafford Creek just over 2 years ago. Growing up I spent a fair amount of time visiting my stepfather in both Monroe and the Clearwater Camp.

Welcome to Prison Talk. Hopefully he will get a favorable plea offer and not have to go to trial at all. Good luck.

Thank you fbopnomore. He was offered 22 months but then refused the chance to accept or refuse it. He was hoping to get dosa, but th DA is not going to let that happen.

Thank you Shaunna, it's been a bit of a nightmare for us so far. I have been in love with him for 20 years, he thought I was too good for him I thought no man would ever want a real relationship with me (thanks mom lol) so we both said nothing. Even apart, married to other people we both continued to think about the other and remained friendly. I left my husband and moved back home and there he was. This time we did tell each other how we felt

and I've been blessed with the last 5 years with him, it only took 15 years of waiting to get around to it. It hurts to be apart, knowing that it may be years before we hold each other again. It's funny, it's not the sex I miss, it's curling up in his lap and just being held in his arms.
