I love to find the cheapest six pack of beer that I can find and boil shrimp in the beer just like you would boil them in water. 3 mins or so until they are pink. You have to be careful, though, because the beer foams up and out of the pot real quick! I peel and eat them just like that, but my man loves to dip them in cocktail sauce. There's nothing else to it! Great taste... mmmmm!!!! Have fun!!

Marinate scallops in lime juice, olive oil, a touch of red pepper or tabasco, chopped cilantro and parsley, then get a pan super-hot, throw the scallops in just to sear, throw the liquid in at the last second (and add some corn starch if you want a thick sauce). Serve with rice.

Saute shrimp, sliced cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives with a big dash of sherry, another dash of ketchup, and chopped parsley.

Get a firm white fish (blackfish, monkfish). Blanch good-quality anchovies for a few minutes in cold water. Cut slices into the fish flesh, insert the anchovies. Bake at 400 degrees - 10 minutes for each inch of thickness of fish - then cover with a browned butter and parsley. This is 'way better than you think!

Canned alfredo sauces are terrible. You need to make your own, and it's really not that hard. Use a good-quality Parmesan, some half-and-half and some finely chopped prosciutto (or bacon) along with the egg yolk.
