Default Can I get a fiancée visa if he's on death row?
Hi I need some advice please. Would a
UK citizen still qualify for a fiancé visa if her fiancé was on Death Row? He is in Texas and I know how strict things are! Any help is welcome!

As I know no, even if you get married by proxy and this is the only way you can do it in Texas anyway, you would have to apply for a K1 visa and no chance. But you can try to get a good, real good immigration lawyer and maybe, if you are really lucky there could be a way. But be careful about the lawyers and try to check out the immigrations laws yourself before.
