These trailer bills were just signed by the Governor, I plan to read some of these later but if anyone is interested in what changes were made here you go: http://www.dof.ca.gov/budgeting/trai...ent/documents/

I don't know if it's true, but there is supposed to be something in here about "N" number parolees being discharged by 2013.

CRC (a civil commitment for addicts, aka "N" number) is supposed to be shutting down, so that makes sense. It takes around a year to complete it.
