Inmates Marriage Encounter Study by Mail!!

My husband and I have been wanting to do a Bible study together and our materials came in today. I'm so excited to get them! His unit doesn't host the marriage encounter seminars but I found out that the seminar can be ordered in book form for those that can't attend a "live" session. I've only skimmed through it but it looks awesome and is written specifically for prionsers and their spouses!! There are lots of ideas for connecting to each other even though you're physically separated. After this one I believe we're going to go through Kay Arthur's inductive study on marriage. I can't wait for that either.

One other cool thing, after you both complete the study, you mail a form to the Marriage Encounter office and they will return a "certificate of completion" for your spouses file.

My man and I just talked about this, we are planning on ordering the books, glad to hear they look like pertinate info, you never know if things like this will really apply to our situations, you know.

We aren't married, but I looked through this book, and suggested it to my married friend. It is amazing! And truly sticks to God's word concerning marriage. I would totally recommend it.
