I'm interested as well! I'm in nutri systems and I'm down 26 pounds with about 50 more to go! I really want to tone and tighten as I go! I walk alot but need to do more toning! I'd live to do insanity but really need to get in better shape prior to venturing onto insanity! I have the Zumba workout DVDs and the Brazilian butt lift but haven't done them in awhile!

So for my check in I'm going to do some squats legs and arms today

Good morning ladies!!! So glad to see you all!! I just finished my workout...cardio abs. Man I'm sweating but it feels soooo good! I couldn't wait to get here and post. Thanks for the tip on the bra support! I've seen the Zumba videos and they look like fun. May try to work some of them in a few days a week for added exercise on days that I don't walk...like today when it's gonna be hotter than the devils farts. Stay hydrated ladies. Again thanks for being here, you all inspire me

Hey thanks for the info on holding the "girls" up, I have always been muscular and was always a b cup till I turned 45.. then I for some reason grew bigger boobs and now I am a dd..... I never thought of wearing a regular bra under a sports bra I am definitely gonna try that!!!

The pole idea has crossed my mind and my hubby ( who is a blackbelt) has a kickboxing studio in our basement ( I lift at the gym) and I brought up getting a pole ( for workouts of course) to put down there.... we have teenagers and were gonna tell them its a marshall arts pole ( I am sure they will figure it out LOL) so I will probably end up getting one in the next month or so. It looks like its a kick arse workout

I'm not sure where you all live but if your looking for free good workouts look in your cable. I live in Colorado and we have Comcast and I am addicted to the free workouts also.

While I was working out this morning I was thinking about this fitness check in and pushed myself harder thinking if all you ladies working out too.
WTG everyone!!!! And yes stay hydrated. Try to drink atleast 80 ounces of water a day!!!!!

i was 262 last october went down to 228 between october and february then regained 14 pounds now i stand around 242 i want to get a breast reduction but the doctor that will do it wants me down to 200 pounds then to go back in and we will talk more about having the reduction and i need some support to get weight off..it sucks because i was noticing it in my clothes

Welcome aboard prophetes and canadian!!! Hope everyone got their workout in and if you haven't...get to sweating!!! Funny how you mentioned comcast Happy because I was checking youtube for videos earlier and found one that comcast carried for awhile but it's not there anymore. They do have great vids though, so yeah, check them out!!! This video is great way to build up to Insanity or PS90...it's along the same line just a little less intense.

Today I did a one hour Bodypump class and walked 2 miles on the treadmill. It felt great but I'm so sore right now. I'm visiting tomorrow so won't make it to a class but plan to hit the treadmill and the free weights after the fireworks show. Everyone is doing a great job. Thanks for this thread.

Today is cardio day for me, its way to hot to run outside so I am going to the gym to run on the treadmill.... I am gonna try for 5 miles today .........

I fried my legs and arms last night but I need to push thru it

Hope y'all have a safe and wonderful 4th!! Just finished my workout for the day, now headed to to river for some fun in the sun! Going to see D in the morning...9 hour trip there and back so it'll be treadmill for me tomorrow. Proud of you all~~

Thanks happy.......I felt like stopping at 3.........but I was able to push thru it and now I am glad I did. One thing about working out no matter how tired I am when I start my workout I always feel great when I am done.

Tomorrow is shoulders and glutes :-) that's my fav workout

You are so very welcome. Your right it feels so great when your done working out. I love it. Espically when you start seeing results.
I love working on my glutes but wow does it hurt. Never even thought that was a muscle until I started working it out.

Happy fourth of July. I just got back from the gym. I did 2 miles on the treadmill and a full circuit. I worked abs, arms, legs, chest, and back. I worked until I hit fatigue. I feel sore but great. Keep up the great work ladies.

Woo Hoo we are jamming!! Keep it up ladies

I had to much 4th of July so I am hitting the gym tonight instead of this morning... I like to write down my workouts so I know before i go to the gym what I will be doing, I also like to change the excercises I do monthy to keep my muscles confused and writing it down helps to keep me on track.

. Never even thought that was a muscle until I started working it out.
WTG girl!!!
I love doing glutes, just cuz I will be turning 50 in Jan and I want a nice butt when that happens lol so tonight GLUTES AND SHOULDERS ... BRING IT!

I missed my Turbokick class because I was waiting for a friend. So I did 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill and the machines again. I worked legs, glutes, and abs. I did a little bit of arms, shoulders, and back but not much. I'm sore but I feel great.
