I am running tonight with hubby at the nature center.. its a very hilly run

I have to keep reminding myself that pain is weakness leaving my body!!

I jammed last night I ran 5 miles in one hour!!! I have never done that before ( I dont run that fast but I have endurance)

This morning is chest and backi

I just wanted to share this website... I pull alot of my weight rotations off it, its not just for weight lifters they have at home workouts where you dont need equipment, calorie calculator .... there is alot of info on there and what I like the best is for every excercise they have a video that shows the excercise and the proper form.

Hi beautiful ladies! I just wanna say thank u for starting this forum! Lol I am not working out (running) like I used to. I am a nervous wreck because I am seeing my distant lover in 2 weeks and we haven't seen each other in 6 years! Lol I am soo excited/nervous/crazy about it all. Hehe. I was 2 sizes smaller back then so I am a bit selfconscious. . . He looks good, a little older, more tatts but he pretty much looks the same. Hehe I went on a lil rant! . ANYWAYS I just wanted to share that although I love bread(all kinds!), I have given it up (3 weeks ago) as a lil "start" to dropping some weight. I think it has worked because I was looking at some pictures and I could see a difference in my face... I am doing what I can since my job keps me busy! Keep up the good work... we can do it!

I am feeling better and am gonna start back up with a walk today with my girls..including our dog.. i dont wanna do anything too strenuous until my headache is completely non exsistant.. This is probably the worst one Ive had in a long time and it kicked my arse..

Hey ladies!!!! Sounds like everyone is on the right path!!! You all are so inspiring!!! Well I've been working out with insanity and another workout with Robert Jones called The supreme workout. I've also been running like crazy to get ready for this marathon tomm morning..... Wish me luck. LOL. Oh and I'm down five pounds this week total loss of 55 pounds. Wow... Can't belive it myself. Gotta keep at it. 20 to 30 more to go.

Good Morning ladies. Up early for a day full of working out. I've done an hour workout of surpreme combo workout a good full body workout. Now heading out the door for a five mile marathon!!! Good luck with your workout today lady!!!!

I am down 3 pounds this week. I have cut out all processed foods and look forward to throwing it into high gear with my work outs to hit my first main goal of being under 200 in the month of August. 13 pounds to go!!

Happy right on with the marathon girl!!!!

Loubabygirl good job on the processed food. Healthy food choices will make a big difference .. for me eating healthy is much harder then working out but I am getting better and have been making better choices

I am up and at em early today... legs and arm for me

Yesterday hubby and I went kayacking/fishing in the morning, then in the evening we went to the nature centre and hiked/did sprints for almost 2 hours...I sweated so much you could ring out my t shirt when I was done.

I am gonna get on the scale today.. I am not really trying to lose weight so much, but if I lost 5 lbs I would be happy I havent weighed myself in months
