Good morning all! About to take my happy weiner dog on a walk to start my day.. I was curious.. we are all obviously doing this for our health and to feel better..lose weight etc.. Is anyone doing any specific diets or eatting plans? Im on weight watchers and I love it. Its a big reason Ive lost what I have. Im just curious besides the exercise what you all do food wise. Any favorite healthy meals? I had two scrambled eggs with turkey pepperoni, red onions, bell peppers and cheese this morning..

I have my own little diet plan and I also take diet pills on and off. I plan on hitting the gym again here soon so I can loose some weight! As of this year I have lost 54 pounds! Good luck ladies!

Well back at it again. Insanity for me today!!! I'm surprised that I'm doing anything today seeing how soar I am from the marathon yesterday.
I'm not doing any special eating plan. I usually just eat lots of salads and baked chicken. It gets old but keeps the weight down. Gotta get in those veggies and protein.

Luvmygreeneyes there is a link I posted ( its free info) that has at home workouts you can do with no equipment its a full body bodyweight workout and if you click on each excercise it has a video to show you proper way to do it

I'm a single mom (well u know lol he's locked up & not daddy anyway) and yeah I just do my own workouts.. I have friends who are trainers so I just get basic tips and walk every day.. and eat healthier and lots of water...
Last week I lost 6 lbs.. so I'm doing good without any video workouts or anything.. (:

Sadeyes and mandarose glad to see you here as well!

As for diets I really don't follow anything specific I just don't fry anything anymore (ok I did eat fried squash the other day lol) and have cut out drinking sodas. I eat pretty well it's just that I had gotten lazy from being depressed and had forgotten how moving around and exercising made me feel so much happier and positive. Yesterday was my day off but I ended up deep cleaning and rearranging 3 rooms in my house so I actually ended up working out that way lol! ~~~Stay positive and sweating chicks~~~

I'd like to join with you guys. I've been getting my butt in gear! I've been eating healthier... And then I hit a plato and finally got my butt back into working out. I am hoping to keep going down. I've lost about 27 pounds so far.... I am determined to keep this up...

Yesterday i ran/walked my week 2 day 1 couch to 5k. Felt great and then did burn circuit 1 of Chalean extreme. I'm down a total of 26 pounds so far

Lou says he doesn't want me losing weight lol he LOVES me just the way I am and will put me on an all you can diet if I lose my ass and thighs lmao. He of course supports my journey and we joke about it because he is an ass and thigh man. But he is sooooooo proud of me for taking my healthy and my life to new levels and getting it done

Hey ladies.... Well I've been hitting it really hard lately. Insanity workout out today. Yesterday was a full body workout also video The supreme body combo. I love that video.

Woo hooo we are doing it!!!

Loubabygirl my old roommate would sit and watch the brazilian butt lift infomercials lol it looks like an awesome workout.

I havent had a day off ( i usually take one a week to recover) since last wednesday but I am pushing it so that I can take my off day saturday cuz the kids will be out of town and hubby and I are gonna have a romantic weekend somewhere lol

As tired as I am today is my cardio day ......debating if I should run outside ( its hot already) or hit the treadmill at the gym... either way I am running today


So ladies do you all have a favorite workout or body part that you like to work out??
My fav is doing legs........my least favorite is doing my back........

I also decided to start cooking more healthy foods........and wean my family off processed foods we will see how that goes I am going to search for recipes.
I dont need to lose weight but if I ate healthier I would be more shredded

I haven't been to the gym but I'll pick it up when summer is over and my schedule calms down... I still workout everyday... Even after visitation when I get home at 10:30! Those days suck, but I am proud of myself. I've been switching off between zumba, hip hop abs, Jillian Michaels kick boxing, weight watchers buns thighs and waist I think it's called.... Then I also do deep cleanings in my house and I bartend for extra cash so that gives me a good workout too.
All these summer fests are so hard!!! I'm ready for summer to be over so I can avoid all of the crazy foods and all of the drinking.

I kicked butt yesterdayc, did my normal leg and arm workout, then went with hubby to natural bridge ky and did a 6 mile hike (was gonna be 2 miles cuz its up hill) but we go lost and ended up doing 6. I haven't had an off day in a while I think today is a good day to rest my muscles

Got my run in today. Still sweating lol. I ran/walked 2.30 miles and walked another mile.

Woke up feeling disgusted with myself. I cannot treat my body the way I have the last three days again. My stomach is bloated and in pain!!!

NOTHING but CLEAN eating from here on out!!!
