Thanks Prettyreds, I really appreciate that. I talked to my fiance this morning and he sent me a email. He says the lines are long for the phone and the computer and them locking in early doesn't help. As they increase their time out of the cell it should get better. My LO told me that they were having visits this weekend, but after reading this, I am going to call up there today. That's the last thing I need is to travel all the way up to Hazelton from Pittsbugh to find out there are no visits(even though Pittsburgh isn't that far, but who wants to waste their time like that, oh and gas too!!!)

That would definitely be the best thing to do. At times misinformation floats through the facility/prison as well. I wish you the best and hope the visits are reinstated. I am sure it will bring relief to those that receive visits this weekend.

Well gotten word from my husband on Thursday that they was having visits at the last min so i was there and i had a great time me and some of the other ladies this weekend but they are still lock in there units, but as long as he can call I'm doing great now ladies, from the DMV

I am doing fine, and "yes" you will see me, or them, or all of us at one point or another. This was interesting yet fun to find out who was who, even though some of us had an idea about who the person/people was/were!!!! I am also glad to know that it was you and Dynamic Diva as well. It's funny how you talk to people from time to time and then in a situation such as this, you could kind of get an idea who the person is based on their writings......I guess when this happens again, we'll know where to support one another and know personally who we are supporting

Hey Boonie's girl, it was me TABonelove and Dynamic Diva with you in the bathroom. Prettyred was sitting behind us in visitation and it was truly funny, because I too could tell who people were from their writing. You ladies are a great bunch of women who are faithful and that is what our men need to make it in that juggle they live in. I have been doing this bit for 8 years now, and have met a lot of people passing through different states, but in saying that we all need other women who are in the same situation as us who can relate, because our other friends and family, might not understand it and can't give the support that we truly need doing a bit with our men. This is the hardest thing I ever had to do, but I have made it this far and we are on the downside now, so we will definitely be successful in making it through and keeping our relationship stronger than ever. In saying that, I just want you to know how much I appreciate you ladies on here and meeting you in person. Doing a bit can be hard, but you can build your man in here if you are serious about completing this mission with him. I am praying for each of you, and as long as you are determined to complete this mission you can do it! (RT)

I would have to concur, I have known him since I was 22 and he was 31, he's my friend, my lover, my confidant, and my cheerleader. I can't leave him hanging and yes, it is very hard for some people to understand that, but I can only live for me and only me!!! Now that is the truth!!

I love my baby 100%!

Any he is my everything! He was supportive to me on the streets, so he never has anything to worry about anything as long as he has me!!! Which is for a lifetime and beyond!

(BRT) I have met several people during this bit, and when it is time to move on to the next spot it use hard because of all the wonderful people you meet along the way. This is our second time at Hazelton, and there are all new faces now, but I already see that you guys are friendly and very supportive group, and that makes the bit a little bit easier!

Hopefully, I will see you guys on Sunday! So far so good!

I do understand what you are talking about these lockdowns are a mess.

Where we just came from there were hardly ever any lockdowns. If there was a lockdown, it lasted about a 1/2 a day. However, after being at Hazelton, then McCreary, I was used to lockdowns, so it was truly a privilege to not have lockdowns.

Our minutes went much faster thought because we stayed on the phones.

In the past my minuetes were always gone withing the first few days. However since he has been in there for a while and we both know how it feels to be without we last a hole week sometimes.
