I was at the store and saw the iron on transfers for embroidery. I had made the old fashioned dish towels a few years back. While going through the book I noticed that they still sell liquid embroidery. My grandmother made me a baby blanket and there is liquid embroidery angels on the corners. It has never cracked...it is quite old. I was wondering if anyone does this, and what brand of stuff do they use? Do you need a hoop, because one would think that would be the only way to get it stable.

I love to read, I can knit scarves, beanies and blankets, I did want to scrap book but it seems to overwhelming at times, I did belly dancing, I love music, all kinds from different eras.
I want to learn how to crochet and I want to focus more on exercising
Seems like I lost my groove and my drive and I can't seem to find it

I would use hoop for any embroidering or cross stitch. It holds the material tight and let's the needle go thru and tightens the thread. Good luck. Never used the liquid as I've always done the iron on. The ones now adam's u have to be careful as the ink don't always come out. I went and bought a tracer pen to use so the ink would not go on the fabric

All personal have their own hobby but my hobby is to listen music and surfing internet when I got free time. And to go some of the places which gives me really very peace or fun.

I like the quilting idea, that was given a few posts back..especially geared towards US,the ones left behind, rebuilding and redefining or knowing ourselves in a different level since being involved with the prison system.

Before being involved with the system...I loved doodling, drawing, folk painting, painting murals on walls, practising Tai Chi...then during and being separated from my love, all i could do was just wake up...nothing mattered.
Finally after some time has past...I'm rediscoving myself.
I've gone back to my Tai Chi classes, and am now taking 3 styles of it plus Tai Chi sword. I'm reading more well-being spiritual books, involved with a community garden, Woodburning, and Scratchboarding..I'm involved with being a vendor at events selling my artwork. I'm also trying my hand in poetry and recently been published in a book this year.
I still like to learn to play an instrument...oh I like to ride my Giobike! (Electric Bike), prisontalk arcade games..speed cards my favourite! and Scrabble my favourite board game.
