I would also like to join!!! I'm not trying to lose much weight I'm 138 so Maybe 10 more lbs but I really want to tone up. I haven't been working out, I'm going through a bit of a depression and was hoping this would get me out of it and get up and do something for ME besides the daily work and kids

Hello ladies,

I will be starting a workout program going to the gym... I would appreciate some feedback on whats the best exercise for arms, abs, glutes & legs... I am a beginner so I figured i would walk 2miles on monday, wednesdays & fridays , and on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays team up exercises (ie. Tuesday- legs/abs , Wednesday- arms/glutes, etc) .... Any insight will help!! I am 153 and need to lose at least 25lbs! Majority of my weight is in my arms and abs!

Thank you && good luck with your workouts

I did about 90 mins of cardio today. First time in a bit. Still struggling with the food part. At this point I'm just trying one at a time. Had lost 30 and have gained 10 back :-( would love to start by getting that back off. Keep up the good work and thank you all for your motivation!

We support each other in all other aspects and I know that together we can do anything we put our minds to!!! Ideas??? Thoughts???
I would love that cause I'm struggling in this area

Hey ladies!!! Well I've been running three to five miles for the last week. I'm at my lowest weight in a long time and feel great. I've been eating very clean. Lots of salads and fruits and veggies.
Keep up the good work!!!!

Right on Ladies!!

Well this is embarassing but last night hubby and I rode our motorcycles to the nature center to run some trails.... so I am jamming up hills alll of a sudden I see a tree down across the path, so I duck under the tree and lunge up INTO ANOTHER HUGE TREE THAT I COULDNT SEE from where I was running and IT KNOCKED ME OUT COLD for a minute...........

So I couldnt ride my bike so hubby rode me home, then got my bike , had to go to er, they kept asking me if I was afraid to be home ( implying that hubby hit me lol) they kept me for the night for observation so needless to day today is an off day ... I have a big ass shiner AND a cut on my face from my temple to my jaw..

I am planning on a light workout tomorrow.......chest and back but light weights and only if my headache is gone ( I have a mild concussion) I am more embarassed then anything else.
